A Path to
Freedom.
A 12-week guided workbook journey through forgiveness, emotional intelligence, and the wisdom your body has been holding all along. Created by Aiua Wild — for the version of you that's ready to stop coping and start living.
Self-paced. Twelve weeks or your own timing. Yours for life.
You've read the books. Journaled the prompts. Said the affirmations. And some of it is still stuck.
The foundation: empowerment through self-responsibility, and honoring who you truly are
Emotional Intelligence
Learning to recognize, understand, and work with your own emotions — and the emotions moving through the people around you — instead of being run by them.
Attitudinal Healing
A belief that love and forgiveness, not force, are what actually change a life. You shift the lens, and fear, guilt, and anger start to loosen their grip on their own.
Somatic & Holistic Practice
Breathwork, movement, and simply placing a hand on your chest. The body isn't just reacting — it's remembering. This is how you finally let it speak.
The Six Steps to Freedom — a practice you'll return to for the rest of your life
I am upset
Notice you've lost your peace, no matter how small the trigger.
This is about me
Reclaim the conflict as yours. No one to blame — including yourself.
Focus on the feeling
Give the sensation in your body time and space to be felt fully.
Remember the feeling
Let it carry you back to the first time you ever felt this way.
Name the old judgment
Find the belief you formed about yourself in that memory.
Embrace the truth
Forgive the misbelief, and replace it with what was always true.
You'll use this exact process, again and again, across all twelve weeks — until it becomes second nature.
The Six Steps to Freedom practice was created by Diederik Wolsak, founder of the Choose Again Healing Center. This program expands upon it.
Twelve weeks. Three months. One path back to you.
Grab a pencil on purpose — nothing here is written in stone. Move at whatever pace is true for you.
"The willingness to show up changes us, it makes us a little braver each time."
"Your task is not to seek for love, but to find the barriers you've built against it."
"You are loved just for being who you are. No one can take that away from you."
"I once hated the word God so much I crossed it out of every book I owned."
I studied Buddhism thinking I could escape it. I couldn't escape what lives within me. That search — through resistance, through grief, through my own body — became the map I now hand to you. A Path to Freedom holds many tools, and I wish someone had said to me sooner — only you will know what truly works for you. This program is founded on forgiveness, somatic practice, and the plain, stubborn truth that there was never anything wrong with you.
I'm honored to walk this stretch of the road with you.

A few honest questions
No. This workbook is an educational, holistic complement to your healing — not a substitute for professional mental health care. If you're working with a therapist, this can move alongside that support beautifully.
As much or as little as you need. Some weeks may take an hour; others may sit with you for days. This is self-paced — there is no clock to beat.
Not at all. Whatever word resonates for you — Spirit, Love, Source, Universe, or nothing at all — is welcome here. This isn't a dogmatic practice.
This workbook is yours for life. Start from week one, pick up where you left off, or return to it years from now — there's no wrong way to walk this path. I do suggest doing it in order, though. These steps are a thoughtful progression based on growing your capacity.
